Final project report

Having implemented the project activities, the project promoters must, no later than within 30 days from implementation of all project activities, submit to the CPMA the final project report (Annex 22 to the Administrative Rules) together with the final payment claim, if other time limit for submission of a final project report and a final payment claim has not been provided in the project contract.
Having verified and assessed the final project report, the CPMA:

During the period of 5 years from the day of approval of the final project report, the project promoter must every year, no later than within 30 days from the end of the calendar year, submit to the CPMA the report after the project closure (Annex 23 to the Administrative Rules). The report after the project closure shall be submitted as the information to the CPMA with the view to ensure access to the data on indicators of project monitoring. The shorter time limit for submission of the report after the project closure may be established in the project contract. The CPMA shall make sure that the provided information is correct and may request the project promoter to adjust the report after the project closure.
If the project promoter fails to submit the final project report or the report after the project closure, the CPMA shall send the written reminder to the project promoter and establish the time limit for submission of the final project report or the report after the project closure. If the project promoter fails to submit the final project report in due time even after receipt of the reminder and/or provides misleading data in the report, the CPMA may identify this as the irregularity and initiate suspension of payment of the grant and co-financing funds, termination of the project contract and/or recovery of paid funds or any part thereof, as it is laid down by the project contract.

You may find more information on the final project report in the Administrative Rules which may be accessed by selecting the section ‘Docs’ and specifying ‘Legislation applicable to the entire programme’.
