The project seeks to improve the availability of quality cultural and art products, cultural activities and services in five municipalities of Lithuanian Lake District region: Ignalina, Zarasai, Utena and Švenčionys districts and Visaginas.
The aims of the project are to establish 5 international artists' residencies in the Lakes Region, create and present to the public 32 professional creative products (sculptures, paintings, ceramics, circus performance) in cooperation with partners of Iceland, using the knowledge, competencies and good experience gained in the project. The availability of products by creating a cooperation network between the creative residences of the Lake District and Iceland will open up perspectives for various international cultural residency activities in the future.

- To establish 5 creative residencies in the Lake District and to start working at them: to organize creative workshops of professional artists, presentations of creators' works and other cultural and educational events for the public, to organize open days for students.
- To create and develop an international, inter-institutional, intersectoral cooperation network between cultural institutions, cultural policy institutions, local government representatives, business and innovation promotion institutions in Lithuania and Iceland.
