The main goal of the project is automation and digitization of the production process of the enterprise in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and labor productivity.
Project aims
The project aims to modernize the production of specialized paper at UAB Inčas, which could significantly increase the company's productivity, reduce electricity costs and increase sales volumes. The need for the project arose from the need to improve the existing production capacity and efficiency. The installation of an innovative computerized and fully automated production line will produce a high quality product: rolls of various sizes of paper with/without core for cash registers, ATMs, parking meters, bus and train tickets, medical and other laboratory instruments. The new technology will be a new technology at the level of Lithuania and other countries, and the new technology capabilities will allow producing products with printing elements on both sides of the product, to label the produced products and to give traceability to the product.
