Aim of the project / Project description:
The aim of the project is to implement a unique support mechanism based on non-standard operating principles and innovative working methods for children and teenagers of the target group, mobilizing resources in the municipality, qualitatively and substantially strengthening specialist competencies to help young people easily and creatively make positive changes in their lives and fill lack of innovative services for this target group

TASKS:
1. To create a safe, innovative learning space (experiential training base) for the adolescents of the target group, where new services will be provided.
2. To strength the competencies of youth workers and specialists working with teenagers in the target group in order to provide innovative services to the target group and to mobilize the available municipal resources for team work.
3. Providing new, innovative services to young people to help them make a positive changes in their lives.
The project is implemented with partners - two open youth centers that operate in the same field, see the same solutions. The partners will create the results of the project together.

After the implementation of the project the young people of the target group will feel safer, will be accepted, be able to reflect on their experiences, identify problematic topics discover and be able to feel their personal strategies for making positive changes in their lives.

Target group:

The direct target group benefiting from the project is children with special needs (with behavioral and emotional disorders, disability or developmental disorders), in this case children with autism spectrum and related developmental disorders. Also, family members of these children and specialists working with children with special needs (psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, teachers).
