The main goal of the project is to increase the production capacity of the enterprise by purchasing digitization and automation equipment.
Project aims
The project aims to provide the spiral freezer under development with smart features by automating its recipe learning with information theory algorithms, to prepare the tools for its to optimise the monitoring of the operation of the freezer and to design the development of the procedure.
In order to achieve the objective, the following tasks were implemented:
› Adaptation of the spiral freezer model and identification of its parameters;
› Improvement of the monitoring system and implementation of control measures;
› Adjustment of the economic criterion, taking into account energy consumption and process time.
