The main goal of the project is automation and digitization of the production of non-standard furniture by introducing new technologies to increase labor productivity.
Project aims
Most part of the production line equipment is worn out, operated manually, therefore does not satisfy the quality requirements, considerable amount of defects, high energy consumption, high cost of products, long term for production. It is not possible to implement all orders within manufacturing capacity. Lido Marine decided to modernize the production line and introduce a new technology that would change the furniture production process into an automated and digitally controlled furniture production line.
New production line will be purchased and production processes will be modernized, its essential replacement works will be carried out. The Norwegian company will cooperate to take over the partner's experience and knowledge, which will ensure the efficiency of the installed production line process. The uniqueness of the project - the modernized line will speed up the unproductive process and will make it possible to adapt non-standard furniture according to the individual needs of the premises of each quickly using digitization process.
