The main goal of the project is to increase the efficiency and labor productivity of production processes of UAB "Vli Timber" by introducing new technological solutions for digitization and automation of production processes
Project aims
In order to modernize and automate the production base, optimize production costs, increase production efficiency and work productivity, UAB "Vli Timber" initiates the project "Implementation of new technological solutions for digitization and automation of production processes at UAB Vli Timber", during which it intends to purchase and introduce into the production process an innovative firewood cutting and splitting equipment (line) and a production palletizing robot. These technologies will speed up and improve the efficiency of the production process, reduce production costs. It is estimated that the productivity of the company will increase by more than 40% with the help of the technologies implemented during the project. All this, together with the operational experience, qualified personnel, modern production processes, will ensure comprehensive satisfaction of customer needs and gain a long-term competitive advantage.
